Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Yes, for international orders (including to the United States). We ship DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid. That means:

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
They are usually collected by customs or the carrier when the package clears, not by Shopify and not by Finer World at checkout.
The shipping fee you pay on our site covers shipping only — it does not include duties or import taxes.

We cannot control or predict the exact amount. It depends on your country’s rules, the product value, and how the shipment is cleared. If you refuse to pay duties, the package may be returned or held, and we may not be able to refund shipping or duties already charged by others.

美国等国际订单需要交关税吗？

需要。我们按 DDU（未完税交货） 发货：进口关税、税费、清关手续费由买家承担，一般在包裹清关时由海关或承运商向你收取。网站上的运费不含关税；Shopify 和 Finer World 不代收代缴。具体金额因目的国政策和申报货值而异。

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally, including to the United States and other destinations shown at checkout. Available countries and rates appear when you enter your address.

How long does delivery take?

See our Shipping Policy. Cross-border shipments commonly take from about one to several weeks after dispatch; times at checkout are estimates only.

What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are made from water-resistant nylon, kraft paper, and DuPont paper, depending on the style. Please see each product page for the exact material.

Are the bags waterproof?

Nylon styles are water-resistant and handle everyday rain and splashes, but they are not designed to be submerged. Kraft paper and DuPont paper styles should be kept dry when possible.
